The portal is an informational tool: it displays the properties and their indicative availability. It is not a travel agency or intermediary, it does not handle bookings and it does not process payments.

The information service (phone and WhatsApp) is likewise centralised and shared across all the properties shown: it answers enquiries and directs you to the relevant property, but does not take bookings or process payments.

2. Booking with the property

Booking and payment are completed exclusively on the property's official website, to which you are redirected. The accommodation contract is concluded directly between you and the property: this portal is not a party to that contract.

3. Prices and availability

The prices and availability shown are indicative and may change. The binding figure is always the one shown on the property's official website at the time of booking.

4. Intellectual property

Texts, images, trademarks and other content on the portal belong to their respective owners and may not be reproduced without authorisation.

5. Limitation of liability

While we strive for accurate information, we do not guarantee it is always complete or up to date. We are not liable for any discrepancies with the property's website or for the service provided by the individual properties.

6. Official property websites

When you proceed to book you are directed to the property's official website, operated directly by the property itself. The content, prices and conditions of that site are the property's responsibility and prevail at the time of booking.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the court designated by the applicable legislation.
