Privacy Policy

This portal is an informational showcase listing the holiday homes managed by LivingApple, Il Mare in Giardino and ElisaMare. It does not take bookings or process payments: when you proceed to book, you are redirected to the property's official website. In short: we do not collect or store personal data; the only exceptions are technical and explained below.
1. Data controller
The data controller is LivingApple — P.IVA 02710130598 — REA LT193161 — Traversa Carmen Rosati, 04028 Scauri (LT). For any request about your personal data you can write to scauriapartment@gmail.com.
2. What we do NOT process
We do not ask you to register, we do not build profiles, we do not run advertising and we do not sell data to anyone. Any dates and number of guests you enter stay in your browser and are used only to show availability and to build the link to the property's website: we do not store them.
3. Anonymous traffic statistics
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated, anonymous counts (page views, device, country of origin). This tool uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
4. Third-party services (map and WhatsApp)
The home page shows a map provided by Google Maps. When it loads, your browser contacts Google's servers, which receive your IP address and may set their own cookies under their own policy (policies.google.com/privacy). This is a third-party service we do not control.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the conversation takes place through WhatsApp (Meta): your data (number and messages) is processed by Meta under its own policy. We use the contact only to reply to you.
5. Hosting logs
The site is hosted on Vercel which — like any host — automatically logs access data (IP address, browser type, requested pages) for the operation and security of the service. We do not use it for other purposes.
6. Cookies
We do not use profiling cookies. We may use strictly technical cookies (for example to remember your language or the preview access). Google Maps may set its own cookies as noted in point 4.
7. Redirection to property websites
When you proceed to book you are redirected to the official website of the chosen property. From that point, the processing of your data is governed by that website's own privacy policy, which we invite you to read.
8. Your rights
As a data subject you may exercise the rights under Articles 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To do so, write to scauriapartment@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated over time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown above.
